The room had issues.. the a/c was busted so they jimmy rigged plastic with tape a portable A/C unit to get something working. The front staff is nearly nonexistent. Checkin waited 20 minutes. The other times I had to get towels and they said to come down to front desk and again a hunt to find them. Other times coming back, they awere not there too. Parking is street parking if you dont want to valet. Valet is expensive. The drop off check in location is the curb where you park in the valet marked section which was okay but weird. Note the street parking isn't too bad, worse case was parking 1 block away. The hotel is clean. They offer water with lemon at the front.

We loved this location and the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were with friends. We had a dog with us and staff was so kind and accommodating. The spaces and amenities were great. A very nice place to stay in the San Diego area.

Hotel staff was nice enough to let me know that the AC wasn't working. They said they tried to call me but didn't have my phone number because I booked through expedia. I was some what concerned having a room with no AC during the summer, but that weekend wasn't so hot and they offered giving me a fan during my stay and a discounted rate. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell customer service is a priority here because even just passing staff in the hallway, everyone made me feel welcomed. A special shoutout to the front desk employee who checked me in — he was incredibly kind and professional, gave the best recommendations, and made me feel instantly welcome. That level of hospitality really set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was truly the people who made this experience exceptional. I left feeling so well taken care of and will absolutely be staying here again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, the bartender was friendly drinks pricey but probably normal. The room was clean. We we there with our grand daughters so the bar door to the bathroom was strangely interesting..you had it adjust it’s position to feel secure and I sure you had privacy

The room was very nice, extra nice bathroom and shower. Only thing we could have used was a microwave. Very nice bar area. Parking was a bit of a issue, had to drive around and around to find street parking, or pay the over priced garage parking. $35.00 seems crazy high to charge customers. Staff was very friendly and helpful, overall, we would come back.
