La chica de recepción, muy atenta y amable. Pero al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, dicen que el agua caliente sale solo en las mañanas y la tienes que pedir, pero a pesar de qué la pedimos, y después alguno se bañaron en la mañana, nunca salió caliente. El elevador truena mucho al usarse. El piso del elevador y de otras áreas está despegando, el agua de la alberca está helada y el clima y la tele no funcionan muy bien.

La habitación es una porquería las instalaciones están en estado deplorable que con las fotos promocionales son un verdadero fraude, ni en los peores hoteles en los que me había hospedado me había hecho falta agua y ya ni digamos que cuando tuvimos agua pues la caliente para bañarnos simplemente nunca la tuvimos. Todos los muebles más que viejos la taza de baño (inodoro) roto además con problemas de moho por humedad que después de terminar mi estancia salí con problemas respiratorios, pues mi esposa y yo salimos con una tos leve pero al final con el problema de estar respirando esa humedad y muy probablemente son una infección por el moho de la habitación. Por este medio solicito la devolución de mi dinero por el fraude e incumplimiento del servicio. Ahora entiendo por qué le llaman el hotel del terror la recepción se ve muy agradable pero por dentro es una porquería y subir por el elevador genera un miedo verdadero por que parece que se va a desplomar. Engañan a los clientes Expedia debería de no anunciar este tipo de hoteles porqué considero que se vuelven cómplices al anunciar estos servicio que con respecto al precio de verdad es un Robo por que la estancia no me costos nada barata. Cuando realice mi checkin me tuve que esperara casi una hora pique en recepción me dijeron que tenían pagos pendientes Porqué Expedia no les quería pagar y ahora lo entiendo, el motivo es claro. Tengan cuidado con el tipo de hotel y siempre duden de las imágenes que se presentan

Mi peor experiencia en hoteles, a continuación razones: Sábanas rotas, wifi inestable, toallas de baño sucias (amarillas) y deshilachadas, regadera (no salía agua caliente y no cerraba puerta del baño), puerta de habitación complicada de abrir (aplicar fuerza para abrirla), elevador no abre completo, aunado a esto, no hubo preocupación por parte del servicio. Por último, las fotos publicadas no coinciden en nada con las habitaciones (instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, sillones muy viejos al igual que la cama y accesorios), no se dejen engañar, ni la recepción se parece a la foto del portal

Toda la noche se escuchaban ruidos de moto y no pude dormir, el hotel esta muy mal mantenido. Lo ùnico positivo fue la amabilidad del staff. Querüian hacer un cargo de 400 pesos extras por la mascota aunque no estipularon esos cargos en la pagina de expedia

Muchas expectativas, realidad dejo que desear

Llegamos al hotel a las 18:00 con reservación hecha, no nos dieron habitación hasta 40 minutos después ya que no estaban limpias, (con reservación asegurada tienen que prever eso), al día siguiente nos hizo falta una toalla, nos respondieron que hasta que llegara la responsable, no es hotel boutique, su estacionamiento requiere de dar la vuelta por unas calles y para entrar o salir hay que avisar para que abran el portón (y dar la vuelta para el estacionamiento).

Nos pusieron en el piso 6 y no funcionó nunca elevador. Tuvimos que subir bajar nuestro equipaje nosotros.
