"Nice looking beds but left rashes on us. Whatever they use to wash the sheets is way to harsh. After our stay, I went back and searched reviews and several have complained of the same thing. Front desk lady was super nice despite being very busy and over worked. Convenient and safe location 5 mins from airport. "

"Fab hotel and lovely staff. Airport shuttle goes every half an hour and was really efficient. Better than expected breakfast too."

"The hotel told us at check in they were without water but would have it back within the hour. So we chose to continue to check in. Shortly after check in, we noticed they posted signs that said the hotel would be without water between 11pm-5am. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30am…the hotel said they would give us a discount on our rate. However they never followed through. Disappointed. "

"Our state was amazing.The room was very comfortable.The beds were amazing. The hot tub was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very convenient for all of the area, lots of great shopping nearby."

"Most friendly service I have received! The staff were very kind and helpful. They even gave me a room with a very nice view of the pool. I feel a lot of times booking third party your room selection is limited but not with this hotel. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. There were several restaurants around within walking distance. The pool area was very nice and clean with a food and drink stand. The property was very serene with beautiful scenery in the back by the pool. The plane noise wasn't even that bad. I used the shuttle to get to the airport which is 24/7 on the half hour and it was so organized. I would highly recommend this hotel. 5/5!"

"The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only issues we had with the room were the A/C was not very cold, and the floors in the restroom needed a good cleaning (grout looked disgusting). The lobby and dining area were nice. The breakfast was great…both the food and the staff. The young lady at the front desk (black female with natural hair) was super nice, understanding, and helpful."
