"Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel close to the marina and Venice"

"The hotel staff are predominantly of Hispanic descent and we're very rude. I was charged over 400 dollars for a two night stay with no explanation and the hotel couldn't find where the charge. And from. I would never stay there again"

"It's a nice location and overall it was clean, but it's older, the rooms were tiny, and a lot of hallway noise at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time. Very thin, bad pillows, scratchy bedding.. The outdoor patio was nice. Change the bed and I might go back."

"I feel like we did not receive the best experience as when we were leaving we over heard a new guest being told where their restaurant was and a voucher to use. We had not been told this in the 4 nights we stayed so that was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a nice hotel with limited facilities in line with a 2 star but they cleaned our room every day which was very nice.
