Non serve avere una splendida location vicino a San Marco ed un ottimo personale professionale e simpatico per essere un 5 stelle lusso … Ma veniamo alle dolenti note…. - illuminazione della stanza pessima, molto belli i lampadari ma l impianto luci è stato studiato male. Oltre pessimi punti luce stessi, nella stanza o sei sotto i FREDDI fari o non hai alternative… il buio, niente luci basse calde e diffuse. Niente ambientazione soft. -bagno freddo (primo di marzo) L unica fonte di calore è lo scalda salviette …. - impianto di riscaldamento rumoroso - il letto non ha neppure un semplice topper che renderebbe più morbido il riposo -nel frigo bar solo alcool, niente acqua, solo 2 piccolissime bottiglie in omaggio esterne, quindi se hai sete devi chiamare il service di notte … - unica nota positiva la location, vicinissima a San Marco, è un personale professionale e gentile Quindi non posso che essere rimasto scontento. Gentile Ospite, La ringraziamo per averci scelto per il suo soggiorno a Venezia. Ci spiace leggere la sua recensione. Accogliamo quanto de lei segnalato relativamente alle luci in camera che ci aiuterà nel nostro quotidiano sforzo al miglioramento. Riguardo alla colazione le segnaliamo che nel nostro buffet sono presenti circa 110 prodotti alimentari oltre alla carta addizionale che aggiunge ulteriori scelte di alto livello; inoltre è servita in un salone del '700 con affreschi degli allievi del Tiepolo. Molti viaggiatori l'hanno definita "spettacolare" ci spiace lei non abbia colto tutto ciò.Gianmatteo Zampieri - General Manager

La location è ottima ed il personale professionale e gentile, tuttavia ritengo importante segnalare la pessima illuminazione all'interno della stanza, con un letto privo di topper e quindi non particolarmente comodissimo. Il bagno era freddo, (visto il periodo), e l'unico sistema di riscaldamento nella stanza è lo scaldasalviette...insomma , no basta avere degli ottimi arrrdi storici, ma contano molti fattori per un 5 stelle...

The perfect location for exploring Venice. But most importantly a superb staff who make sure to take care of your every need and want. We stayed during the height of Carnival and received such attentive, kind service throughout. Such a pleasure. Will return again and again.

After reading reviews we chose the Baglioni for our stay in Venice and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, near all the best shops and restaurants. I was blown away by our suite, the room was massive and the view was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic! Wonderful! A dream! We absolutely loved this hotel and plan to be back. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and kind. They were very helpful. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were just as fabulous. One of the best parts of our 2 week long trip. Quite literally steps away from St. Mark’s Basilica/Square and on the other side steps away from the best shopping.

Excellent séjour au Baglioni
Le Baglioni est idéalement situé à côté de la place Saint Marc. L'arrivée en taxi bateau devant l'hôtel est idéale nous la recommandons. Le service est irréprochable digne d'un 5 étoiles. Notre chambre était confortable et propre, cependant nous avons compris que les rénovations dans Venise sont compliqués à initier, ainsi, la chambre manquait notamment de prises au niveau du lit.

Un personnel aux petits soins et très professionnel. Un lieu magnifique. Chambre simple mais très propre et confortable petit bémol la climatisation difficile à régler et une cafetière aurait été appréciée. Nous travaillons dans l’hôtellerie 5* à cannes et avons apprécié ce lieu et surtout la gentillesse du personnel. Le maître d’hôtel du petit déjeuner au top.

Our basic room was just that, dark, with a cramped bathroom that needed attention. The breakfast was the standard of a 2* hotel, so bad that we avoided it on the third day and went out to a proper hotel for breakfast. Very convenient location though (why we stayed here) but the standard was well below a 5* hotel. Staff were pleasant and tried hard, but the whole experience was woeful.

The room smelled cigarettes. Paid $1500 per night for 2 days. This hotel is definitely nit worth of the price.

Amazing location - loved just walking around the corner to St Marks Square. Staff were friendly and welcoming - very helpful concierge. Can't comment on the breakfasts as not included in our stay. Room was beautiful and spacious

Great location, linens not great, noisy side streets and poor sound proofing, staff friendly but can't do much to change or assist. Expensive beyond belief for non canal or lagoon view

From arriving on our boat taxi to our departure all our senses were exploding with pleasure, visually beautiful inside and out so appealing, scents were enjoyable, you awaken in the morning to the sound of gondoliers, water taxi, and delivery boats, breakfast buffet was plentiful, wide selection, made to order coffee, espresso, cappuccino, omelets whatever you need, location was great vaporetti, San Marco Square, Cafe Florian, Basilica San Marco, high end shopping, all 1 minute walk We enjoyed 4 days and nights and will return
