"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"There was no cleaning until after 3 nights which was not previously mentioned until the day before check in. The price seems kind of high for no cleaning. I stayed in apartment 04 and there was a really gross sewer smell in our apartment the whole stay that was nauseating. The apartment was spacious & clean otherwise. The location is a 30min walk from St Mark’s but central to the train. Check in is all done digitally so no staff to help or interact with"

"We loved the location of the property and how easy it was to get around and get back. The bed could use an upgrade big time like other reviews had said didn’t get to much sleep from other tenants slamming doors and talking very loud, also the A/C unit stopped working the second night and it was super hot and muggy."

"Location is perfect for being close to San Marco, Rialto Bridge and amazing restaurants Not far from the Rialto stop with the water bus. Be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with the last set of stairs being steep and slightly slippery. Very secure apartment. Facilities were great and there is a wine cellar/rack where you can sample a bottle of vino from the owners very own vineyard. Just leave the payment on the table. Prices range from EURO 7 - 8 per bottle"

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. "The apartment is close to one of the ferry stops (St Angelo) which is convenient. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to restaurants and shops. There are NO ELEVATOR although it’s in the picture. The WiFi was so bad. Getting the keys was so inconvenient. We took the water boat to St Angelo, while the other person waited with the suitcase, I walked to the pick-up location and back. It takes 15min if you take the boat (single ride €9.50) to get across or 30min if you go...
