"Small rooms, 1 small window made it feel claustrophobic. Bathroom tiles had mould built up. Pool is very small. Staff is helpful and nice but would not recommend the property."

"Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. This is a personal preference to properly separate the two areas, it would not stop me from coming here again"

"My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! The breakfast is great if you’re wanting a cold fruit and a bit of cake, but for £24 I’d expect something hot other than eggs . "Clean property, nice staff. City center is 30’ walking or 15’ by bus. Only issue not hotel related was that you cannot watch FIFA World cup in your room. And hotel open Bar (the only place to watch games) closes at 11pm not allowing us to finish watching a game."
