"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended"

The staff went above and beyond to help me and then I was blown away by the hotel itself, but by the time we got to breakfast, it was unbelievable.
