"It all starts with the manager of the property — she truly set the stage for how welcome we felt and how memorable our stay would be. To me, this was more than a five-star hotel. The suite was modern, spacious, and spotless. Although there isn’t a typical restaurant on-site, whatever you order, they’ll happily prepare it for you — and my breakfast was absolutely huge! The location was perfect, nestled between Fira and Oia. A truly fantastic hotel experience!"

"Fanouria is fantastic. The driver is awesome- Yanis. There is Netflix. The food is just a text to Fanouria and she arranges delivery. Such a beautiful, relaxing, luxurious place with all the conveniences at your fingertips. You can relax and plan activities on the go because the driver makes it so easy to fit around you. Highly recommend this place."

"We just got back from the most amazing, relaxing week. The cave was so special with lots of room and a fabulous pool. We were really looked after by the staff and the breakfasts were so generous. Elizabeth was a great host who helped us organise everything we needed to have exactly the holiday we wanted. We didn’t want to leave. We would advise hiring a car to make sure you see all the island has to offer but this is such a well located base to explore from. We would definitely return! "

"Fantastic hotel with views that take totally take your breath away every morning. Breakfast served to the room by the staff everyday on time without fail. No ask to big or too small. Ideal location right in the middle of the islands hotspots and very very easy walk to the capital Fira. Hotel reception keep in contact by WhatsApp all day so anything needed is a message away! Will 100% be coming back. Best hotel we have ever stayed in, the rooms views were better than all of the tourist...

"Amazing views from terrace. Located opposite to imerovigli, you dont see the sunset but the sunrise was amazing. The room was spacious and beautiful. However room service varies, first day they forgot to give us a water, and reception was closed so the shuttle guy showed us to our room. The shuttle cost 35 euros from port and 30 euros from airport. Everything in the room cost money with the exception of 2 expresso and a large bottle of water. There is a carrefour 4 minutes from the place....
