"Once we arrived to this hotel the entire personnel were very welcoming. I traveled with my wife, our son and daughter in-law and we all were amazed by the attentions of Fay and the entire team. We rented a vehicle and drove the entire island and got to say that we are delighted that we chose West East Suites. This hotel has the best location and views in the island. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends and definitively I would be happy to return."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The manager Rafaela was amazing and helped us set up several experiences on the island including a wine tasting on the hotel property, a sunset cruise and a dinner reservation in Oia. Our suite included breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the Caldera and we also ate dinner and watched the sunset up there one night. The food and service was amazing! If we ever find ourselves in Santorini again we will stay here again. "

"Great space, walkable to Fira, has a shop across the road where you can get drinks, snacks and souvenirs Has the best sunset views so no need to travel. My only thing would be it needs an umbrella or some sort of shade option for the balcony/pool area. Also the pool was not inviting and didn’t feel nice to sit in with all the peeling paint. This was a real let down for the money that we paid "
