Rosedale On Robson Suite Hotel
The room is dated and the lights went off in the bedroom and bathroom. The staff said there is a master switch only after I checked out.

Pan Pacific Vancouver
Only 2 front desk agents working during check in is unacceptable, especially on valentines with 2 conventions happening.
