"If you are looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in and good towels this is a good place. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not working this was one of the main reasons staying here. I do understand that things need to be repaired but if that is what is on the website guests should be compensated. The door to the room was accessed by outside, you had to slam the door to close. Maintenance tried to fix but the door frame was cracked. Which means that you would wake the other...

"The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, the location was inconvenient, and the facilities were extremely limited. Basic amenities that are normally expected in a hotel were missing, such as bottled water, slippers, and other essential items. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even the minimum standards I would expect, and I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made."
