"Amazing "

"They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price....

"It was good for what I needed which was just one night to rest my head, but walking into the room, had a mildew smell to it…when I turned the AC on, the smell went away. Pillows were very flat, couldn’t really get comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t really like the eggs at all. Not too many other options either. Overall stay was just okay. "

"Rooms were clean; staff friendly and professional. Rooms were not soundproof and all conversations outside of the room and neighboring rooms were audible. Nice breakfast in the adjacent cafe (additional charge with 15% discount if staying at the hotel - with a coupon at check in). "

"Great breakfast, great staff They need to upgrade their elevators to be smart enough. At the moment the elevators are dumb ones and stop at every floor even when there is no room. Install / upgrade elevators to be smart "

"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. Check how they charge you after your stay."

My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located."
