"Well located excellent boutique hotel. Two pools, extensive gardens, great service, bar and breakfast. Arranged taxi to Chichén Itza to avoid unnecessary tour expenses. Heavy rain cut power for several hours but staff provided battery LED lights to tide us over and bar remained open to provide libations and relief. Convenient to excellent meal choices for lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay again on a return trip to Valladolid."
