Staff members were friendly and welcoming, our triple rooms were comfortable and had nice views, the swimming pool was a big plus, and breakfast was great! Wish we had time to have other meals there. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. "This is the closest place to heaven on earth I've ever stayed! The entire house is immaculately kept and the design of each room is both exciting and relaxing all at once. Every space smells of lavender! The staff is warm and helpful, and helped us book a couples massage in our room which was absolute perfection. The breakfast served each morning is incredible. "The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."
