La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. "Very friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Old palazzo charm - lovely views from terraces. Room size and bathroom size both fine - shower could be a bit hit and miss with temp but manageable. Plumbing is quite loud especially when other rooms use flushes/showers late at night (and why must people slam doors?!) Good variety at breakfast. Location also good as 10mins to Duomo & 20 mins to train station. Definitely recommend."
