Åk inte hit!

Smutsigt på gränsen till katastrof, personalen ser ut som ledsna hundar vilket vi förstår med den produkten. Lobbyn förfärlig, köksutrustning undermålig. T ex ETT vinglas i Frankrike... Fick varken lakan eller handdukar till att börja med. Fullt med fula lappar överallt med info om att inte ställa skräp eller föra oväsen....Aldrig mer, och VARNING för detta boende

Went to Lê jardins as part of a group of 8 and booked two rooms. This was for a ski holiday. Rooms were ery very basic, even for ski apparthotels. Wouldn’t recommend staying Had an issue with paying for the hotel as the amount that the hotel had on their system was different to what was on my booking.

Possibly one of the worst 'hotels' I've stayed in. Check in time was a 3 hour window which we arrived in, however they'd already closed up for the night. They then held a 300 Euro deposit for a one night stay, and handed us our own sheets to put on. The beds were two single sofa beds pushed together, with no duvet and dried blood on one of the pillows. The window was wide open when we came in so it was freezing cold, and there was a broken curtain, no towels and no loo roll. I then opened a cupboard to get some glasses out, which promptly fell on top of me and smashed on the floor. Of course there was nothing to clean it up with so we had to use cardboard, as reception was long closed. Very disappointing.

Типичный "французский" аппартамент: тесно, видавшая виды мебель, грязновато. До подъемника не очень близко пешком, или на автобусе. Отель трудно найти - через арку во дворах. Парковки бесплатной нет.

We stayed here last week and were not very happy with the overall experience. On arrival we were given our room key only to find there was a family still in our room, to say it was embarrassing to open the door to a half dressed French family was an understatement. Went back to reception and were given a key to another room, this one was not the size of room we paid for so back to reception we went. This time we were given a room on the top floor which was better. However during our stay the water from the bath ran brown/orange so we were unable to rest our weary limbs in a nice bath. Also the entrance to the hotel and stairs going up to the 5th floor were very unsafe. There was ice all through the entrance from the car park and this was not attended to all week and was very dangerous.

Valitsimme tämän hotellin sopivan hintatason seurauksena - emme halunneet maksaa paljoa kalliista ja yleellisestä hotellista ja kohteen hintataso oli yleisesti aika korkea. Odotukset eivät siis olleet korkealla. Hotellihuoneestamme oli kiva view ja noin yleisesti 5 hengen kaksio toimi tiloiltaan kahdelle mukavasti. Suihku oli tosi surkea, mutta vierailimme parissa kylpylässä, jossa pystyi paremmin peseytymään. Hotelli- ja huonemukavuus oli suunniteltu nuorisokohderyhmälle. Muutamat bileet saimme ilta-aikaan kuunnella, mutta se ei onneksi häirinnyt meitä pahasti. Hotellihenkilökunta ei ollut mitenkään erityisen ystävällinen ja he sekoilivat depositin maksun dokumentoinnissa, joten kannattaa säilyttää kuitit!

la residence est bien situé mais l'appartement était sale et très mal équipé. Très peu de vaisselle, pas de materiel pour faire le menage, la tringle était cassé. La TV n'avait que 3 chaines allemandes (0 en Fr) et aucun acces wifi gratuit contrairement à l'annonce. Le wifi était dispo que dans le hall de l'immeuble. Ascenseur en panne pour accéder au niveau 1 bref je ne recommanderais pas cet appartement. Les + : localité, personnel gentil et disponible, le prix Les - : saleté, le peu d'équipement et très vétuste, service

Pas d’eau chaude. Ils vous demandent de descendre à vos draps dans un sac poubelle que vous êtes supposé avoir avec vous !? Ascenseur en panne Pas d’eclairage Dans les coursives. The dish washer leaked foul smelling water when we did the dishes. We told them about this problem during the week but got no remedy. Since it was an apartment we were asked to clean the apt which is more than ok but then we should be provided with tools and not have to buy everything to clean it with. This results in the apt not getting clean between guests and the place getting more and more dirty...

Billig lejlighed

Lejligheden var slidt og tæpper og møbler havde set bedre dage, Den lovede Wi-fi på værelserne var ikke eksisterende og havde aldrig været der. Da vi ankom var servicen, som var stillet på plads i skabene snavset med madrester og lign. Manageren på stedet gjorde dog hvad han kunne for at afhjælpe probemerne.

Below average.....poor customer service

This is 1 star hotel quality - very small beds, dirty carpet, unhygienic. You have to bring your own towels (which they tell you at check-in)....you have to clear the room yourself when you check-out! Crazy! Front desk staff quite rude and not interested in making your stay pleasant. It has just a bad overall feel to it. I had to book this at over $200 per night as there was no availability.....but this place is not worth staying at.

Bien placé, pas cher, pour un très court séjour

Pour 1 nuit, l'appartement est suffisant, bien chauffé, spacieux. Il est bien placé dans le village. Le personnel est sympa et arrangeant mais un peu débordé. C'est dommage que la moquette soit sale et usée, ainsi que les tissus d'ameublement. Dommage aussi que ce soit si mal équipé: machine à café cassée, pas d'éponge ni de produits d'entretien.
