"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"The property was very pretty. There was enough parking. The rooms were airy and bright. Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. I would recommend butterfly manor to other people and I would definitely stay again."

"Pool not usable. Office not staffed all day. Ice machine locked in office. Needs updated. Staff that I met were friendly and helpful."

"The fan in the room was pretty noisy, but did keep the room cooler. The bathroom tap wouldn't stay on, so you had to wash one hand at a time. An adjustment is definitely needed. There was a family next door with a couple little kids that woke us up in the morning. The parents didn't even try to teach them not to yell early in the morning, when others weren't up yet."
