"This is a beautiful place, with a lot of attention to design. Breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant. The hotel is well situated, directly across from the Musee National des Beaux-Arts du Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, a beautiful park, and a close walk to plenty of restaurants. "We liked the location of this property. Easy access to Old Quebec and a nice and lively neighbourhood. The rooms are so clean and the beds comfortable. Not crazy about the washroom outside the room though. I would recommend this hotel."

"Staff were friendly and efficient and the room was clean. It would be helpful if the lamp controlled by the switch were left in the “on” position to avoid fumbling in darkness. The tv remote was non functional, the air conditioning unit was so noisy we could not use it while in the room. The shower head desperately needs to be descaled.
