Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
Overall, my wife and I truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The stay was comfortable, and the breakfast service was very good. In fact, we were hoping to leave a 5-star review based on our experience.
However, at approximately 12:35 a.m on 20 December 2025 , we decided to eat caramel popcorn snack that was left on the table in our room. As soon as my wife ate it, she began coughing because the popcorn was unusually chewy and soft, and it became stuck in her throat. Upon checking the packaging, we were very surprised to discover that the item was expired (expiry date: November 2025).
This situation was concerning, as it posed a potential health hazard. The following morning during checkout at 20 December 2025, I informed the receptionist at the front desk. Unfortunately, no action was taken at that time, and we were not offered any explanation or follow-up. As a result, we left feeling disappointed.
I am writing in hopes that you can investigate this matter seriously. I do have images of the expired item, including the timestamp, should you require them for your records.
We value the overall quality of your hotel and wanted to share this feedback so the issue can be addressed and prevented in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Kind regards,
