"it was a very nice spot a few steps away from the beach. Literally the only issue was the parking. Down a really narrow ally with very minimal space. Other than that the rooms were clean and updated! Pool was perfect and the hammocks were awesome! Beautiful beach really enjoyed the stay"

"I stayed in room 201, it was not clean. The floor,stove and table pedestal were dirty. There was also a coffee cup in the cabinet that was not clean. This was the third time I have stayed in these suites, and did not experience this. I hope this problem is corrected soon."

"This hotel had great beach access and an awesome on site pool. The beach access would check you in, set you up with loungers and an umbrella. Very cool. The best part though, handicap accessible. Wife is in a wheelchair, no use of legs. Not only was the ada room great but they had on site a beach wheelchair. No having to rent one for $500! They had handicaps electric chairs for the pool and the hot tub. The room had an automatic door. This was the real winner here. They made our vacation so...

"Instalaciones muy buenas, limpias, las piscina y playa espectacular, el personal excelente. solo que la habitacion olia a viejo, pero la cama y almohadas muy buenas, el bano estaba muy pero muy sucio, el lavamanos jamas le han limpiado el borde de la llave, las paredes de la ducha y banera con hongas como que jamas han limpiado, sugiero supervision a los empleados para no tener esta mala experiencia."

"My husband and I stayed at Crystal Bay for almost two months, as we sold our house and we are about to move to a different part of the world, but I had to finish up my work. It was a great experience staying there, it made us feel like home. All the staff are super friendly, just down to the earth; breakfast was amazing; hotel atmosphere was nice, classic and full of taste. We really enjoyed our time while staying there."
