Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. "Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"This was our second time staying at Vischio Hotel in Toyama. We love the area and how convenient it is located to the train station, as well as food/shopping. The property has a public bath for guests to use which is very relaxing after traveling in Japan. Vischio also has washing machines and amenities in case you have forgotten something (e.g., toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, razors, etc.). The property is clean, as well as the rooms. The rooms are spacious and you can mirror your phone on the TV so you can watch shows. We will stay at Vischio in the future."

"Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. "
