"The room was horribly dirty and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. The headboard was with so much dust, around the lamp, the phone was not working and on the mattresses..they had some dust/dirt where it seemed that they don’t clean thoroughly, and also there was so much mold on the bath shower handrail. Well never ever go back..!!!"

"Right next to Valero Park with miles of woods and trails. Breakfast was excellent and the food in the evening is enough for a meal. The best part...3 free drinks every evening. "

"The room was clean but someone had dropped an orange behind one of the dressers, and it was in a state of decomposition. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room - not even paper cups. When I wanted to brush my teeth, I had to get a cup from the buffet area. The shampoo dispenser was not filled either so while the room was otherwise clean and comfortable, it had not been prepped well from the previous guest."

"Bathroom had shaved hair on walls. Shower head dial was broken. Living room rug was filthy and had stain spot. Couch in room also had a big Clorox stain on it. "

"We asked to have our room cleaned three different times and even spoke to multiple staff members, but nothing was ever done. That’s really frustrating. We’ve been sleeping on the same sheets for multiple nights and using the same old towels, which is honestly not acceptable—especially for the price we’re paying. Basic housekeeping shouldn’t be this hard to get. Also, if you’re planning to get any work done during your stay, don’t count on the internet—it’s been terrible. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and it definitely makes us think twice about staying here again"

"Normally I don’t give reviews because as long as a room is clean and doesn’t have bugs I’m pretty easy. The room was semi-clean. Very outdated. The couch and chair were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to throw them away asap. The remote was missing the back and they just taped th batteries in (so it didn’t work well) but I would probably not stay here again, but ok for a night if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. "
