"Nice cozy place in Oakland area , the only downside is the parking but once you get used to drive and park in Guatemala it’s easy in front of property or in the street , other than that very safe and nice neighborhood shopping mall Oakland place very close and convenient from shops to lots of restaurants caffès and pastries , also from hotel you can order food or anything and they will bring it to your room door , also for 20 quetzales around $2.50 you get a tank of water probably around 5 gallons plus they have drinks for sale too , breakfast was good , room was always clean plus it comes with a fan also tv that I never watched , small kitchen with utensils and a mini stove and a table to eat , also a desk and what it looks like a local sofa and a wardrobe to store clothes , ladies at breakfast very nice also front staff nice too I needed copies since this was business trip for me and they made it for me , was in 4th floor found it to be peaceful and quiet , definitely if when I come back to Guatemala I will stay here again like I mentioned it’s safe and convenient position overall very good ."
