"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The hotels opinion of ppl riding motorcycles is horrible!! They told us we where not able to talk in the parking lot and would call the cops! If inside the buildings lobby, no more than 12 ppl or would be asked to leave the property... Dirty rooms with mild in shower on shower head! I was in room 118 if you want to double check! I would never recommend to anyone and definitely not if you own a motorcycle"

"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

The building and rooms felt very old and worn down overall. The floor I stayed on smelled strongly like weed, and the room itself had a sticky feeling to it. " I had Penthouse Room 300.There was a mouse in my room running around 3 days I also found small tubes of crack on the stair i wanted a refund , but they told me it would take three days before I get my money back and I couldn't afford pay somewhere else room service bag had to walk downstairs to get fresh towels all out bad a nightmare i wish i could uploaded the video i recorded the mouse no lie"

"I will start by, when I checked in the first think out of the hostess mouth was NO VISITORS, first time I heard that from a hotel/motel. Second the door for the room is dirty, door and wood trim in the bathroom is disgusting, toilet seat is loose, tiles in the bathroom are cracked, carpet is torn and dirty."

"It was decent building and in very nice area. I don’t have any issues with anything. I definitely would stay again."

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

"This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood...

"So apparently this property allows tenants to rent by the week. All day and all night the tenants would congregate right behind the office and talk and yell so loud that anyone trying to do business. Oh I forgot about the barking dogs and the different tenants yelling at either the dogs/children to be quiet and or behave. I reported it to the front desk and finally around 12:45 am the noise stopped!"
