"Courteous staff, huge rooms, and a coffee bar in the lobby."

"Construction at property. I read that the pool was closed but nothing about washer /dryer unavailable. There was no ice in any of the ice machines on any of the floors. We could not use the apps on the tv. Construction was supposed to stop at 6:00 pm and they were working right above us at 10:00pm. Definitely not worth the amount they charge per night. Very disappointed. "

"We checked in and upon entering the romm we found a big hole in the bathroom wall. I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work. I called using my cell phone and I asked for another room. The lady at the front desk said she couldn't move me to another room. The hotel was deserted so I know they had extra rooms. I then asked for a refund and was told no she could not do that. I went to the lobby and the girl gave me a lot of attitude saying she could not move me or give me a refund. A manager was needed for that so I asked for the manager and she refused to call him and told me i would need to come back in the morning and get it from the manager.and I would not be charged for the damages!! I was furious. I would never go there and the lady should not be dealing with the public. "

"We had a nice stay. The location is very convenient off of I-65. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was perfectly clean. The indoor pool was warm. Check out was smooth."
