"Prime location for Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the station which is nice. Staff were polite and room was clean, and a perfect size fora solo traveller in a great area."

"the building is older, and on the last 36 hours of our trip they where doing heavy work inside the room and that woke us up at a time i would consider kinda early. it is a no frills hotel so dont expect western amount of aminenities like a pool, but the staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a coin laundry which makes it nice when planning a trip meaning you can pack lite and wash as you go. Also the property is close to pubs so if your a night owl amd want to get a taste of local night...
