"We have stayed at this Hotel a few times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly and efficient. I usually ask for a room on an upper floor which have always been quiet, unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor close to the main road, but there was a constant noise in the room (a loud humming) which went on all night, making it difficult for us both to sleep! "The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any.,
Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening.
The steam room, pool and jacuzzi were all a good temperature (I hate a cold pool and jacuzzi, there’s just no point as it’s not enjoyable).
