no reason to avoid and consider booking this.

Super nice and no words that explain this property. you could have experience that never ever felt before. As you may known and heard it's cloudy and rainy in Ubud, you will be satisfy to stay there even you don't need to do something for your vacation in this villa. Just take a breath and feel the forest in front of you, nothing better than.Believe me and make a reservation. There's Mr.Reni who help all about accommodation as cooking breakfast, cleaning room and booking activity, it's one of the most important information before traveling.

Wunderschön, Naturnah und sehr entspannt

Wir hatten richtig schöne Tage in der Villa Kupu Kupu. Sehr viel Platz und mitten in der Natur, ca 25 min von Ubud entfernt. Viele schöne Schmetterlinge und Touristisch nicht erschlossene Reisterassen sind ganz in der Nähe. Der Service von Reni war super!

良くも悪くも田舎の民宿といった感じです。 但し以下理由によりお勧めしません。 ＜良い点＞ ・従業員がフレンドリーでリクエストには迅速に対応してくれる ＜悪い点＞ ・虫が大量発生、蟻や蛾だけでなく蜂などもよく出る為危険 ・キッチンで食事中もいちいち蟻が皿に入らないか心配 ・２階のシャワーを使うと１階に水漏れする ・プールが汚い ・朝食は美味しかったがメニューが毎回一緒なので３日もいると飽きる ・街に出るのに車が必要で毎回呼ぶのが面倒、また値段が高い ・２階か離れにしか洗面所が無い為いちいち移動が面倒 ・夜中はスタッフがいなくなる為、セキュリティが心配 ・携帯が通じない為、必要な時にスタッフを呼べない ・レストランもスパも何も無い、それが良いと思う人はいいですが我々は残念でした

loved every minute

Absolutely fantastic relaxing oasis balinesse style. beautiful area..out of ubud but worth the beautiful drive. Reni is a faboulous host & cook so we ate most meals at villa, otherwise puri sebali or jungle fish an easy walk. No tv other than dvds but didn't need it. 3 nights was great but certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. I am very fussy about accomodation and a few minor faults on things that may have normally bothered me didn't here...This place just has a awesome vibe all over. Thankyou Reni & Boye the owners are lucky to have you.

Das Hotel Villa Kupu-Kupu ist der absolute Traum fuer jeden der Ruhe und das Paradies erleben will!! Ubud ist ein perfekter Urlaubsort und perfekt auch fuer Hochzeitsreisende!!

很寧靜寬敞的地方

整體住宿是沒有太大的問題，但小蟲子太多某些角落有蜘蛛絲，管家蕾妮很熱情只是飯店代租價錢比較貴我們請她代煮消夜小小超過我們的預算因為旁邊有新的建築在施工所以會比較吵，維一比較掃興是我們從金巴蘭要過去庫普再接近它們飯店的小路在施工時間以經很晚滿車子行李車子又不能通過飯店竟然表示不能退，要退要扣一晚房費，著實傻眼難道要我們飛過去，他只給我們兩條路一條是繞遠路但須要多花1個多小時拜託已經晚上10點了欸是不用休息嗎～要不就是用走的過去他派車來接我們行李請人家扛頓時覺得好克難，只覺得飯店處理沒有人性化也沒想到時間那麼晚只堅持要做生意，這是我覺得非常不優秀的地方

PARADISE

Our stay was unbelievable, situated 7 kilometers from Ubud 30 min drive nestled in the middle of rice fields. Complete peace and tranquility Reni our housekeeper and Boye our driver who also attended to all villa maintenance made this trip magical. We will return to this villa without a doubt and bring some other friends to experience this wonderful place. We have traveled to Bali since 1981and this villa has been outstanding, you will need to fight with the mozies late afternoon. Reni is a great cook and provided us with great breakfast but she also knows how to host a dinner party. Boye is a most humble person who is learning quickly the English language. We have left behind 2 special friends we know we will see again, we only hope we can get a reservation with the villa it may become too popular.
