"We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend "

"Our room was not cleaned; new sheets and towels, more toilet paper, facial tissue, etc. for the three nights we stayed. We specifically told the desk personal that we needed all new towels, new sheets, etc. Sunday morning, June 7, before we left for the day. We returned, 9:30PM and nothing was done. We spoke to the desk person, but because he had just come on shift, could not do anything about this other than give us the towels, toilet paper, to carry back to our room. Mistakes, errors, can...

"We chose this hotel because it was minutes from the airport and had a shuttle. What was absolutely fantastic was the staff - we asked for recommendations for food, advice about returning a rental, shuttle to the airport, where to see Niagara Falls the best - and the advice was great, clear and concise. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are flying in and out of Buffalo, and even if you want to see Niagara falls (we made a short detour there, less than 2 hours with plenty of time to...

"It’s nice that you have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites available to you. I do wish they had a jacuzzi with pool. The staff was spread a little thin at breakfast. The man had to operate the front desk and monitor the the breakfast food."
