"purchased a room for 5 people as we have 5 in our family. Upon checking in the lady at the front desk said that the room only accompanies 4. I explained that online said 5 and we needed a room that slept 5 as stated online. She did not care and said Expedia is to blame. Not very helpful. As far as the hotel it was nice."
