"Property was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay. We were on the ground floor at the back however there was a generator at the back of our room on the wall outside that was on all night quite loud so found it difficult to sleep. "

"The property was good for a cheap and quick stay for the Great North Run. The staff are nice and the property is clean. They do not provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste. There is no hair dryer. The matress sags. They only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. Buses nearby. Metro is 15 mins away. 15 mins walk to riverfront."

"0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...
