We were working in the area, easy public transport into centre asda literally 2minutes walk away, property was very clean and tidy and any questions were answered straight away . Ideal for what we needed, will definitely be staying again

The area is a bit sketchy but the apartment was lovely, clean, ideal for us (couple with a child) for a weekend visit.

We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc.

Short break for football

We had appartment 5 on top floor very clean no drunks or noise so lovely pleasant stay. Bigger than we thought with full size kitchen and bathroom and 2 good size bedrooms with plenty of storage for cloths etc . Supermarket for all you goods less than 100 mts away and shops outside entrance door and less than 20 mins walk to st James park

There was no WiFi connection at all in the rooms. I had to go around to see where I can get the WiFi reception. It was difficult to reach the person who was looking after the property.b

The pictures do not repreresent the apartment that we were given. The apartment was tired and well worn. On checking in we were told that one of the shower doors was broken and that someone was on their way to rectify it. Nobody arrived. There was three showers but they are in the same room. The apartment wasn't particularly clean although the bed linen was.

On arrival it became clear that the apartment we stayed in wasn’t the one in the photos that I thought I had booked. The ad is a mix of different apartments with only a couple of them the one we were allocated which wasn’t to the standard I was expecting which was a shame as we’re celebrating an 18th birthday The 2 bathrooms transpired to be a communal area with 3 showers and 2 of the tiniest toilets ever Apartment was cold and we ended up lighting the gas burners and oven to get the room warm There were endless corridors to navigate which didn’t help with the heat issue The area was very rough with litter everywhere outside On a positive the towels and sheets were spotless with early check in and Kate check out

The flat was very comfortable, the only issue l found was the sound proofing wasnt great. There is a main road outside, so theres a fair bit of traffic and internally you can hear quite clearly people moving about in other rooms
