"I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. "Dirty walls, lousy patch and paint jobs all over the walls. Holes where light fixtures once were. Cockroaches spotted in the room and worst one was finding a dead in in the microwave. No shower liner that stops the water from coming out of the tub. Broken locks on window. Breakfast was a joke, only bagels, white bread, and muffins, 3 options of cereal that prob have roaches since they are not individual serving boxes, no waffles, no eggs or protein of any kind only jams and cream cheese. "This will be our last stay at a Days Inn property. The facility is run down and poorly maintained. When closed and locked, you could see daylight around the entrance door. Immediately after check-in, we had to go back to the office because the lock on the door was apparently stuck and wouldn't lock when we tried to go to dinner. We had our granddaughter with us and when we unfolded the sofa sleeper for her, the mattress was so stained it was disgusting and we would not allow her to sleep on...

"The staff was amazing welcoming and kind. The breakfast was hot and delicious a good spread! Would love a GF cereal option as well but everyone was great. The only issue was the gym was in need of some maintenance- one machine broken and another not working- but when we mentioned it to the staff they made notes and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary water and snacks! Thank you for a great stay!"
