The mattress was were things really upset and I have requested compensation or an extra day stay still hear from them and I was booked for a three night stay. "Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice. We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness.
