"We arrived very late as we were coming from the west rim of the Grand Canyon. 2 girls were still at the desk and were very nice. I did not read this in any reviews, but grab some ear plugs that they have on the front counter. It looks like a container of candy. Depending on where your room is, you will hear the trains going by during the evening. We got used to them. Breakfast in the morning was very good"

"We loved that there was an arcade and 2 pools and the outdoor area. We were a little sad that the bowling was shut down, but the rest was great. The kids enjoyed the s'mores at night. We didn't really watch the movies over the pool, but that is such a cool idea. We rented ebikes for a whole day 1 day and it was so much cheaper than the rentals at Bright Angels. Rooms were nice and comfortable. My kids were sad we left for the next stop on our vacation!"
