"My room was not cleaned. The bedding was washed and made, and that was it. Pet hair everywhere, and human hair also, as well as a floor I could not walk barefoot on. Surprising how well you can hear every sound throughout the hallway with your door closed. I won’t stay here again."

"It was a good experience. There was an issue with double billing but the front desk manager rectified it right away. Everything else seemed fine. Breakfast was good although we need more low carb options and real cream instead of Coffeemate oil products. Eggs were empty at 9:35 and wasn't replenished. Sausage or bacon pan was empty. I would stay here again if i got a good enough deal on the stay."

"In all fairness, they are renovating now, which I didn't know when booking. Our room was renovated and quite nice. The room was spacious, nice bright bathroom with only a shower, no tub, which was fine for me. The shower head is positioned why too high so you can't really adjust it, unless you are tall. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and pillow were great. It was quiet as there were only maybe a handful of guests....if that. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, white bread and bagels....the usual items but nothing special. Didn't use the pool or workout room. I would stay there again.....once renovations are complete, as I could give it a better rating."

"Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements"
