"We received a warm welcome ahead of our check-in time. Inside and outside were beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room as well as the hot tub and both saunas. Our room was turned over nicely each morning and any requests we had were answered positively. It was a short walking distance to the downtown strip which we enjoyed each day we were in Banff."

"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."

"Hidden Ridge is about 10mins to Banff downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to town, so getting around was easy for my family, the rooms were spacious, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable like cutlery, pots etc.The hot tub has an awesome view. The only thing I hope they fix is the showers you need to use before jumping into the hot tub. It was out of service during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend."

"The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown...

"Staff were nice & friendly. The room was very hot and without AC we could only open the window and it didn’t help very much. We stayed 2 nights and had both our room keys both stop working in the middle of our stay. We also found random pills under the bed. Great location, but I wouldn't stay here again."
