We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo unit with our teenage son. The room was spacious and pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues. The oven didn't work and there was no microwave so I wouldn't plan on cooking any meals. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants with excellent food nearby. The breakfast every day was ok. It was scrambled eggs, some fruit, a piece of whole wheat toast, and coffee. There were no other options and for picky eaters or people with food intolerances, there was no variety so we ended up eating out alot. Also, it was slow so you need to leave at least 30 minutes if you have an excursion you are going on at a certain time. In the room, there were plenty of towels, shampoo, etc and robes which was nice. Unfortunately we had no hot water for any of our showers. One day we had no water at all and had to get help to get the water going. There are alot of mosquitoes so bring bug spray to not get bitten while sleeping. The location was on a block that wasn't very nice. It was very loud at night and we needed ear plugs. 2 blocks away there were lots of shops and restaurants which was great. It was a $20 taxi to the beach.The price of the hotel is excellent, but next time I might want to pay more for an upgraded hotel.

Really liked the staff and the layout.Quaint.We enjoyed the pool. Location for walking right out into downtown Tulum is very good. Other reviews of people disturbed by a bike horn - well like many things in Mexico this was actually quite charming.. There are many streetsellers.Some use megaphones or call out.the horn is a guy on a bike sells fresh sweet rolls. Delicious! Happy to wave him down at end of trip.Like 6 pesos a roll.Wish We knew sooner! Hit by hurricaine was a complication- electricity out, no alcohol sales and most businesses shut the next day unless they had generator. Clean up inTulum and at hotel.. Prepped with water to drink and flush toilet and candles and matches. Original expediabooking we got a shuttle to and from the airport. I cancelled it when our flight time changed.Our hotel gotus a ride to Tulum,and thought nothing of cancelled shuttle. At end of trip before hurricaine, our concierge, Jesus, booked us a cab for 7AM to Cancun - hurricaine roared in, electricity out and last day was chaotic with limited services in town. We were reassured that cab to Cancun was scheduled. At 5AM on departure day in total darkness their was a honking out front. Guy said my name and only spoke Spanish- we took this ride and it turned out to be cancelled shuttle service, not cab Jesus got! Feel bad that Jesus thinks we ditched- we were responsible for the taxi fee we did not use. Hope expedia looks into our cancellation and makes it right for Geminis!

Place was quite clean, bed was comfortable and overall very spacious room. Receptionist was very friendly and offered great advice. Great place to stay really at a great price. Only thing was breakfast was not the best and it was the same thing every day. But maybe it would be costlier otherwise.

Gem in city center of Tulum

What an incredible gem in Tulum. Only a couple miles from the beach and located near the city center. Wonderful street food line the road next to the hotel and right by an Oxo and Walmart. Very clean and beautiful amenities.

Von außen unscheinbar erwartet einem eine kleine Wohlfühloase hinter dem großen Tor. Sehr schön bepflanzt. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber, Küche vorhanden. Zum Frühstück gibt es neben Kaffee und Tee allerlei Säfte, Eier werden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Gefallen hat uns besonders das man sich Fahrräder umsonst ausleihen kann, da es doch nicht so einfach ist welche zu finden und ca 4,50€ pro Tag kosten.

Everything went smoothly! Check in was easy and quick, the room was clean and had the essentials. Very cute property. Breakfast was wayyy more than what we expected, like three courses of food were served! Very delicious and fresh. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

Le lieu semblait accueillant... Les couchages pour les enfants sont des banquettes de mousse sur béton. Pas de sommiers. Les lits ne sont pas faits et pas de draps ni oreillers prévus. Les soi-disant stores ocultants ne recouvrent pas toutes les vitres. Nous avons donc refusé les chambres. Aucune aide ou compréhension de la direction. Refus d'annulation et refus de remboursement. Nous sommes partis quand même.

Great family stay

Spacious studio with full kitchen. Great location central and walkable to many restaurants and shops. It had the cutest little courtyard and I loved that the breakfast was cooked to order. This place is adorable! Great service.

We had a great time at the villas Gemini, they had breakfast every morning, all the staff was super friendly and kind Alfredo was there to help us 24/7! They have a little pool on site and the place was nice and tidy each day after our adventures. Staff helped us locate some close by cenotes to visit and what to explore. Would definitely recommend this stay :)
