"Upon arrival in our room we found the AC wasnt working and after 3 hours they finally removed the unit and replaced it with another unit. The bathroom counter top was filthy and had not been cleaned. The carpet had several burn marks in it. The coffee pot was missing the filter holder so we were not able to make coffee or tea. The mini fridge freezer compartment was frozen with approx 3-4 inches of ice around it making it impossible to place anything in it. The worst part about our stay was the bedbug bites my wife had to seak treatment for upon or return home. We were not sure what had broken out on her srm and back but was verified by our family physician that it was bedbug bites. So my visit with my children was very disapointing to say the least. "

"Everything looked fresh and new. Was warmly greeted each time I entered. The quality of the breakfast was excellent with good vareity. Everything was very nice here and the value was excellent. The food for purchase was stocked well with great choices. We will be back!"

"Very large room, water pressure in shower tremendous, pretty quiet during our stay, female staff very friendly, one gentleman didn't really acknowledge you, breakfast was so-so. No real butter or coffee cream or any fresh fruit. The lobby was quite different and inviting. "

"Arrived with my family on a Friday night (group of 5). After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor. Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc. Not a pleasant stay overall."
