Room was subpar, basic items were missing such as lightbulbs, no wash cloths, lamps not plugged in, 2 tvs in the room, 1 tv working, even though there were 2 AC units in the room only 1 unit worked. Mini Fridge had freezer door missing, temperature control knob missing. Table in this room was missing a chair. This room was highly neglected by the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. This room was supposed to be the best room in the hotel, it wasnt even close. And mind you, the hotel policy of calling the front desk before 11am to receive Housekeeping services is very unsatisfactory. I would like a refund of my money. My room was soooo subpar, that i checked out of my room 14 hours before checkout time. Also, i pre checked into the hotel 24 hours before arrival submitting my Drivers License and completing my vehicle information only to be asked for the same information upon check-in. I had a horrible experience, when i checked out, i asked the front desk clerk to have the Manager contact me, no one ever did.
