Nice hotel in a great location. Charleston Restaurant (which is a wonderful restaurant) was right next door. The staff, especially Kylie, were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we checked in. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, two TV sets, small refrigerator and coffee bar.

Cocktails aren’t good; they are made from bad taste mixes. Should be avoided. Room towels need some replacements. In general, the hotel needs some upgrades; it looks way worse than a few years back. Welcoming staff and a pretty clean room.

The location is great in that it's very close to the airport and lots of dining options very nearby. Only downside was that the hotel itself is pretty dated - most notably in that you can hear people in the rooms above and next to you more than in newer buildings.
