My reservation was ignored when I checked in. I reserved a room a month before and when I got there I was told it was unavailable. Room service was fair though no refills of coffee or tea were made while we were out. Parking was convenient and overall the hotel was clean and attractive. The restaurant on grounds is quite good.

Highly recommend the DoubleTree Tulsa Downtown. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport, Excellent lobby bar and restaurant, The room was clean and spacious, and the staff displayed great customer service.
