"We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!"

"Do not stay at this property. The front desk staff whom was a man kept announcing everyone’s room number outloud. This is a motel where escorts work and the pictures are deceiving. The breakfast was nonexistent and there were bugs all over the floor in my room. The scariest part of my experience was receiving a conjoined room and waking up at 4 am to sounds of someone trying to enter my room. "I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but it was the complete opposite. The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance. What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest...

"Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."

Parking was clutch & I couldn’t even get in the parking lot when we first arrived without staff reviewing my reservation. The only thing we wished we didn’t have to deal with is the fire alarm’s beeping. Every 30sec to a min it beeped because the battery needed replacement. When trying to sleep at night...

"Easy to find property. Convenient to amazing National WWII museum in New Orleans. Convenient parking. Did not use outdoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Last property remodel was 2016 so anticipate some small cosmetic updates are needed for the property. No GF gluten free bread options at breakfast available during our stay. "
