The property is generally clean and all rhe staff were courteous and helpful.
The room was clean overall but with some minor damage (e.g. a wooden clothes hanging rack had a broken dowel and was unuseable). One of the elevators was also out of commission although signs indicated maintenance was on the way).
Our room air conditioner also had a funky, odd noise most of the time (like road construction crew dumping gravel in the street). When it wasn't making that noise, it was pretty quiet in operation.
Lastly, the room lacked charging ports for electronic equipment.
The facility is in a great location for airport travelers. And, again, all the staff were fantastic. This is a friendly, clean and comfortable place that could vastly improve with updated technical amenities. I would readily stay here again, but making sure I had the appropriate smartphone and laptop charging.
