"This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. "

"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Front desk staff not friendly at all, when we arrived at 145pm they wouldn’t even come to front desk they spoke through a camera and told us check-in doesn’t start till 3pm. Gym was horrible, no water provided. Front desk just said nobody uses gym so that’s why no water. Avoid this place!"

"Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. "Breakfast was a hit for everyone! Fresh eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels/toast/muffins, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The staff were all accommodating and kind! The pool temp was perfect for our 2 year old & our older kids had a blast in it, & bonus it wasn’t overcrowded. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.
