"What an amazing resort! This was the most visually stunning resort we’ve ever seen. And we have been to many. Amazing food quality, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Balinese hospitality at its fullest. From the underwater restaurant, to the pools and beach club, that had a DJ every afternoon till night time. It’s a very large resort with many guests, including those that come for the day, or to the restaurants. Special shout out the staff at the Reef club and restaurant. "

"Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Brilliant buffet and Al Le Carte breakfast. The buffet restaurant was very spacious, with so much food to choose from. For Al Le Carte, the staff was very welcoming in serving you had lots of choice to pick from the menu. Our stay also included the afternoon tea, which had free flowing drink for 2 hours! The room we booked was ocean facing beach access which is literally facing the ocean with no obstructed view. The three pool wasn’t busy at all...

"The kids had a ball. We loved this property. Rooms were comfy and so much to do. They were so accomodating to us as our flights was late at 11.30 so we stayed on site. The kids loved the lazy river, water slides and the free fairy floss! So much to do. We couldn’t even do it all! Highly recommend. "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "
