"Hotel is ideally situated for getting about Krakow on foot, yet not too far from tram and bus stops. They're just a few minutes walk away. Even though our room overlooked the square, at night time it wasn't too noisy. Our pillows were too soft for us and it was no issue for the staff to change them. Breakfast was buffet style and a hot menu was available, mostly eggs (cooked various ways) sausages and pancakes. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room but it took the best part of an hour to fill up!...

"Loved our stay at the hotel! Everything was so lovely! The room was large, beds comfortable, bathroom great. The breakfast was so good - making anything you wanted /needed. The next door/in house restaurant was great- and also filled with local people. The staff were so friendly. Location wize - spot on everything in old-town. "Incredibly spacious, luxurious and comfortable room. The queen sized bed (felt like a superking) was wonderful and I woke up feeling very refreshed. The staff were very helpful and could not do more for me. The maid service was also first class and the room made up excellently every day - if required. Check in and out was very easy too. I feel that this is the best hotel in Krakow. Highly recommend. "
