"It was great and I feel bad for giving them a 4! I did not sleep well during our stay! Bed was not comfy, duvet - not sure if it’s too light or heavy and the pillow, there should have been an option if you want more. I know I could have asked for more but I forgot and couldn’t be bothered to call down! Enjoyed our interaction especially with the bar staff… 2 ladies. "

"Couldn’t fault it the hotel was in a prime location just of main square in a pedestrian area. Our room was a nice size and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. If I was visiting Krakow again would definitely choose this hotel. "
