"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."

"We stayed four nights in a spacious room with a loft that helped it feel quite unique. Loved that the room had a washing machine, which we made use of, a full-sized fridge which was terrific and a microwave. The bed was superb. Staff were very helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend."

"very complete and clean suite..had the upper floor corner. Problem is that they dont provide paper towels for cleaning coffee spills and then if they decide to clean the room they wont clean the counter. Think only they take ou trash and sweep floor...not even tdoing the bed..this is very strange all over Korea. Only two coffee mugs provided, no cups for water. Don't bother with the strange coffee tea bags situation they taste very bad. Problem is that coffee places open late! There is Starbucks half a block away that opens at 8 and few blocks sotuh at 7 am on main ave. Yes i would stay again , but if i go again to Busan I would stay in diffrerent neighborhood"
